How to add webmail account to; Microsoft outlook, Gmail app and Iphone mail app

To add a Webmail (e.g., cPanel or hosting-provider-based email) account to Microsoft Outlook, Gmail App and iphone mail app. follow these steps:

Adding Email to Computer Outlook Application 

Steps for Outlook 2019, 2021, or Microsoft 365:

1. Open Outlook.
2. Go to File > Add Account.
3. Enter your email address (e.g., info@yourdomain.com) and click Connect.
4. Choose IMAP.
5. Fill in the following:

Incoming Mail (IMAP)

• Server: mail.yourdomain.com
• Port: 993
• Encryption: SSL/TLS

Outgoing Mail (SMTP)

• Server: mail.yourdomain.com
• Port: 465
• Encryption: SSL/TLS

1. Enter your email password when prompted.
2. Click Next or Finish.

Adding Email to Phone/Android (using Gmail app)

Gmail App (recommended):

1. Open Gmail.
2. Tap the menu icon (☰) > Scroll down > Tap Settings.
3. Tap Add account > Select Other.
4. Enter your email address (e.g., info@yourdomain.com) > Tap Manual Setup.
5. Choose IMAP (recommended).
6. Enter your:

1. • Password
   • Incoming server: mail.yourdomain.com
   • Port: 993 (IMAP/SSL)
   • Security type: SSL/TLS

1. Tap Next.
2. For Outgoing SMTP server:

• Server: mail.yourdomain.com
• Port: 465
• Security type: SSL/TLS
• Require sign-in: Yes
• Username: full email address
• Password: your email password

1. Tap Next, then complete setup.

Adding Email to iPhone (iOS Mail App) 

For iPhone (iOS Mail App)

1. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account.
2. Tap Other > Add Mail Account.
3. Fill in:

   • Password
   • Description (e.g., “Work Email”)

1. Tap Next, then:

• • Choose IMAP
  • Incoming Mail Server:
    • Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com
    • Username: your email
    • Password: your password
  • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
    • Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com
    • Username: your email
    • Password: your password

1. Tap Next. It will verify settings (may take a minute).
